Competitions of Traditional dance makeup & Hair styles

50 Students were selected to participate in the talent hunt competitions and were asked to bring the dance makeup & hair style accessories.

students were given the guidelines and information of different dance styles. they were divided into ten teams (5 participants in each team)

all participants were given one&half hours time limit to finish the task and the event was exhibited by the parents, visitors, teachers and the fellow classmates.

Our school's  50 students were selected for the trip to "Nrityagram"- A Heritage village of Indian .  It's a world famous heritage village started by Guru Protima Gauri Bedi. Children had fun and excitement visiting the dance village and had a great personal experience with the world famous artists like Bijayinisatpathyand few more students of Nrityagram. children had a lecture demonstration (specially Odissi ) of Indian classical dance and participate in workshop performance with the regular students of Nrityagram. They were excited, trilled and had lots of fun.     The lifestyle at Nrityagram is based on the age-old Gurukul tradition.
